About The Survey

Our MINI SURVEY gathers firsthand information about healthcare facilities on reimbursement, autonomy, and more—directly from your colleagues.

How It Works

To take the survey, you must be a Primary Care Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Associate (Family Med, Internal Med, OBGYN, Peds, or Geriatrician).

Our anonymous mini survey has fewer than 20 questions and takes just 2–3 minutes to complete. Once finished, you’ll unlock access to our growing database of survey results (once enough data is collected)— giving you real, inside insights into different healthcare facilities.
