Your VOICE
Work Experience Data Survey completion required before viewing data

About WEDS
Our Work Experience Data Survey (WEDS) gathers firsthand information about healthcare facilities on reimbursement, autonomy, work schedules, benefits, and more—directly from your colleagues.
How It Works
To take the survey, you must be a Primary Care Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Associate (Family Med, Internal Med, OBGYN, Peds, or Geriatrician) currently working at the facility you plan to survey.
Start by taking a quick qualifier survey (link above & below). Once completed, you will receive an email link to PCJ's ANONYMOUS survey (WEDS), which takes about 5-10 minutes to complete.
Once WEDS is completed, your insights will be added to our expanding Work Experience Resource Page (WERP), accessible on our site once you've completed a WEDS.
WERP provides completely free instant access to real-time insights on healthcare facilities shared by others in Primary Care. Once enough data is collected, the results will be organized by state, facility, physician, APP experience, star rating, and more. This resource page is intended to help those in Primary Care make well-informed career decisions.
Ensuring Anonymity of Your Survey Responses
To protect your privacy, only certain data—"Star Rating" responses and the "Average Compensation" figure—will be published shortly after your survey is completed. All other responses will remain confidential until we receive at least three completed surveys from your facility. This approach helps ensure that individual responses cannot be linked back to any one participant.
Why a Qualifier Survey?
Our top priority is to ensure the information we provide is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. The details you provide in the qualification survey are used solely for internal verification purposes to confirm your status as a Primary Care Physician or Advanced Practice Provider. This information will not be linked to the anonymous WEDS survey, which you will receive separately after verification.
Help Us Grow
PCJ is a new platform, and we’re building a valuable resource for the Primary Care community. The more participation we have, the stronger this database becomes. Invite your colleagues to take the survey and help create a transparent, reliable source of information for all in Primary Care.
